Jello Shooters
Ingredients:
1 small box jello
1/3 c Bacardi rum
Instructions:
Follow the directions for 1 small box of “Cherry Jell-O and use
the method for quick cooling. That is, rather than 1 cup of
water, use 6 ice cubes and let them totally melt. Add 1/3 cup
Bacardi 151 Rum. Spray thirteen 2 ounce plastic cups with “Pam”
Cactus Kamikaze
Spirit: Vodka Bar Drinks
Ingredients: 1 oz Vodka
1 oz Cactus Juice
fill sweet sour mix
Instructions:
ice (shake)
rocks or or up
(for shots use 1/2 amount of mixes)
Add 2 oz flavor mix or Schnapps for a Cherry,
Peach, Blackberry, Raspberry, Strawberry or
Wildberry Cactus KamiKaze

Rum Almond Cake
Instructions:
1 c maple syrup 3 ea eggs
1 tb molasses 3 c whole wheat pastry flour
1 c butter 1 c walnuts
Cream together maple syrup, molasses, butter and eggs. Stir in flour and
walnuts by hand. Drop by teaspoonsful onto unoiled cookie sheets. Bake
at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes. Cookies will be golden brown when done.
